Qualifications

• Experience designing curricula and lesson plans to meet individual goals.
• Ability to implement special education strategies across domains.
• Strong documentation and data-tracking for IEPs and progress notes.
• Effective communication with families and staff.
• Competence in using assistive technologies and classroom management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plans curriculum and prepares weekly lesson plans meeting individual needs and state requirements.
• Instructs students using special education strategies to support motor, cognitive, language, and social development.
• Directs and schedules TAs/DSPs, monitors performance, and documents progress for evaluations.
• Collaborates with the program team to provide individualized programming and modifications.
