Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps in students.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to provide personalized guidance.
• Deliver SESI’s instructional models and CASE PBIS framework to drive student growth.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Manage student behavior with de-escalation and safety measures as needed.
• Maintain student documentation (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Supervise students during transitions within the school.
