Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach and support students.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to keep students safe.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk evaluation forms.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward academic and social-emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
