Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans that align with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Assess students’ progress toward educational goals, adjusting strategies as needed
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and a love of learning
• Maintain comprehensive records and provide regular updates on student development
• Participate in regular IEP meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
