Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking skilled Special Education Teachers for contract positions across multiple school levels in Arizona. You will support students with diverse learning needs, collaborate with school staff and families, and contribute to meaningful student achievement.

Your role includes developing and updating IEPs, providing differentiated instruction, and monitoring progress within district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification.
• Experience implementing IEPs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and students.
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated instruction and interventions to students with learning differences.
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in alignment with district and state guidelines.
• Monitor and report student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Work closely with general education teachers and related service providers.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences.
• Foster positive, respectful relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
