The Jaffrey Rindge Cooperative School District is seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Special Education Teacher in our Intensive Needs program at Rindge Memorial School. This position provides the opportunity to deliver highly modified direct instruction in core academic areas as well as life skills development. Highly collaborative work environment. Small case management case load (under 10). Qualified candidates will have experience or knowledge of core curriculum at the elmentary level (math and science of reading), differentiated instruction, collecting and using data to inform instructional practice, and managing schedules.
Desired candidates will demonstrate an understanding of differentiation practices, teamwork, and collaboration. A NH DOE certificate to teach K-12 General Special Education, as well as an elementary endorsement certification, is required, or the ability to acquire a Statement of Eligibility from the NH DOE.
