• Caseload Management: Oversee a fluid caseload of approximately 10–15 students, focusing on those with OHI (Other Health Impairments), Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairments.
• IEP Development: Draft, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that drive student progress and compliance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure a holistic approach to student success.
