Job summary

All About Kids, Inc. is seeking a NY State Certified Special Education Teacher (Early Intervention) to join our team and support children from infancy to age 5 across home, center-based, and preschool settings.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized education and therapy services, develop IEPs, and monitor progress to help children reach developmental milestones and gain confidence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, therapists, and other team members
• Provide specialized instruction to children with developmental delays, including those with autism, Down syndrome, and other disabilities
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to measure student growth and development
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and support
• Participate in staff development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
