We are seeking multiple passionate, full-time Special Education Teachers (SPED) for immediate in-person school-based opportunities in Avondale, AZ. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful educational programs, guide students toward their IEP goals, and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Manage, educate, and empower students with diverse learning needs in a classroom setting.
Develop, adapt, and implement engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans.
Monitor, document, and report student progress, grades, and evaluations accurately.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, parents, and school faculty.
Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning culture.
Active Arizona Special Education Teacher (SPED) Certification.
Previous experience in special education or a related educational field.
Exceptional classroom management and organizational skills.
Strong ability to connect with students and build positive rapport.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
