Job summary

Staff Today Inc. is hiring a Special Education Teacher in Northglenn, CO. The role is a full-time long-term substitute for an Autistic Support classroom serving grades 3-5, with day shift (7:30–16:00) and a W2 employment setup.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be eligible for a Special Education license in Colorado.
• CO Moderate/Severe or ESN credential preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Provide specialized instruction and adapt lessons to individual needs.
• Collaborate with general ed teachers, staff and families to support student success.
• Assess progress and provide accommodations and modifications as needed.
• Ensure FAPE in the LRE and protect student rights.
