Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Self-Contained Teacher for an onsite classroom in Rochester, Michigan. This role provides highly structured instruction and supports for students with autism, develops individualized curricula, and manages behavior plans with a collaborative team.

The position requires a Michigan Teaching Certificate and experience with ASD students. The role involves 35–37.5 hours per week during the school day with a school-year contract, and

Responsibilities

• Comply with timelines, laws and regulations that relate to district, state, federal policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with all service providers, and other staff to develop instruction and support goals that are designed to meet the learning needs of students.
• Compile and submit monthly Medicaid reports.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
• Participate in building meetings as directed by the building principal.
• Performs other duties as requested by the Assistant Superintendent or Building Principal.

Compensation Range: $48-53/hour

Position Summary

As an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Self-Contained Teacher, you will provide specialized, highly structured instruction and functional support for students with autism in a dedicated classroom setting. ASD Teachers in the self-contained classroom design individualized curricula, manage behavior intervention plans, and oversee classroom support staff.
