Responsibilities

• Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for students.
• Communicate with staff and families about each student's progress.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans and submit for approval.
• Participate in IEP meetings as scheduled.
• Use individualized reinforcement techniques for students.
• Invite family members to participate in students' progress.
• Create and distribute quarterly progress reports.
• Confer with therapists about behavioral issues.
• Create a safe and productive classroom environment.
