Onward Education is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support a Buckeye County, AZ elementary program for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is on-site, with collaboration across classroom teams to deliver targeted instruction in reading, math and social skills.

You’ll work on-site supporting students in resource rooms in a collaborative school setting.

Position Details:

• Role: Special Education Teacher

• Pay: $51-$55/ hour

Qualifications:

• Special Education teaching experience (resource room experience preferred).
• Active Special Education teaching certification (or ability to obtain in Arizona).
• Knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and service delivery best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and school teams.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet district/state onboarding requirements.
