Onward Education seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a Buckeye, AZ school for the 2026–2027 year. On-site in a resource-room setting, you’ll collaborate with general educators to support elementary students’ learning, social-emotional growth, and behavior with targeted instruction.

The role requires Special Education teaching certification (or ability to obtain in Arizona) and strong knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Special Education teaching experience (resource room experience preferred).
• Active Special Education teaching certification (or ability to obtain in Arizona).
• Knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and service delivery best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and school teams.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet district/state onboarding requirements.
