Sage Connections is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the current ’25–’26 school year in a full-time role.

Sage Connections is a therapist- and woman-owned special education staffing company, founded by a Speech-Language Pathologist with firsthand experience working in schools.

We’re looking for a compassionate and collaborative Special Education Teacher to provide direct instruction and individualized support for students with diverse needs. Whether you're experienced in the field or transitioning into a new district, we’re here to help you succeed. There are multiple positions/caseloads available!

• Position: Special Education Teacher (Resource Room & Academic)
• Age Range: Elementary Teacher - High School
• Start & End Date: 4/26/26 - 6/17/26
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week
