Sage Connections is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the 2026-2027 school year in a full-time onsite role in New Bedford, Massachusetts.

You will deliver specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals, develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with general education staff, maintain documentation, and communicate with families. Multiple positions/caseloads available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in special education or related field.
• Certification as a Special Education teacher.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities.
• Familiar with special education assessment tools.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and development.
• Knowledge of MA Curriculum Frameworks and MCAS alternative assessments.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing the provision of Special Education and the Special Education process.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance.
