The LifeWorks School in Doylestown, PA is seeking certified Special Education Teachers for the 2025-2026 academic year. A $10,000 Sign-On Bonus is offered to new hires.

The LifeWorks Schools provide individualized therapeutic education for middle and high school students with social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education required.
• P certification in Special Education required.
• Content area certifications preferred.
• Prior experience with students with behavioral health challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides academic and functional instruction to students diagnosed with Autism or PDD in a school setting; monitors progress through data collection and observation.
• Observes and records student progress daily and maintains IEPs, attends IEP meetings, and sets/monitors goals.
• Develops, implements and monitors student goals as outlined in the IEP; manages student behavior with SMART program and positive behavior support plans.
• Maintains adherence to individualized motivational systems to support student engagement and outcomes.
