Job summary

Mankato Area Public Schools is hiring full-time Special Education teachers for the 2026-27 school year in early childhood through high school. Positions are Site to Be Determined with multiple openings across districts.

Salary ranges from $51,028 to $93,287 per year, based on the MTA salary schedule, with comprehensive benefits and a 1.00 FTE commitment. Applications are accepted until filled.

Qualifications

• A valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (ABS, LD, E/BD, DCD, ASD) or eligibility for Tier 1 or Tier 2 license or Out-of-Field Permission.
