Job summary

Cross Country Education is hiring Special Education Teachers for TK–8th grade in Schaumburg, IL. 37.5 hours/week with ASAP start and an assignment end date of May 26, 2027. Compensation is $50–55+/hr (W-2). Benefits include medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students in TK–8th grade.
• Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with student IEPs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff.
• Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with IEP requirements.
• Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
