Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in Hayward, CA. The role offers a salary range of $70K to $100K per year and requires a California Moderate/Severe (M/S) licensure with ESN credential.

In this in-person, school-based position, you will provide academic support, participate in IEP development, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

What We're Looking For

• Valid California Special Education Licensure - Moderate/Severe (M/S), Extensive Support Needs (ESN) Credential required
• Ability to work in person with students in a school environment
• Proficient in IEP case management
• Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
