Ampersand Therapy in Brighton, CO is hiring a Special Education Teacher to support students with significant needs. You will develop and implement IEPs, provide individualized instruction, and work with a collaborative district and therapist-led team.

The role is full-time, Tuesday–Friday, starting ASAP for the 2026-2027 school year. You’ll collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families while monitoring progress and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• CO teaching license with Special Education endorsement (CDE)
• Fingerprinting through CDE may be required
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills required
