We are looking for educators committed to student growth, collaboration, and creating meaningful learning experiences for students with moderate to severe disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized academic instruction aligned with IEP goals and California State Standards
• Develop and implement individualized and small-group instruction using evidence‑based teaching strategies
• Support students with mild to moderate and/or moderate to severe disabilities in classroom and alternative educational settings
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to monitor academic and behavioral progress
• Develop, manage, and maintain compliant IEPs, including progress reports and documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, paraprofessionals, and families
• Utilize adaptive technology and instructional supports to increase student access to curriculum
• Implement positive behavior intervention strategies and classroom management techniques
• Support student transition planning, vocational readiness, and life skills development when applicable
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives

Qualifications
