Job summary

Lee Academy is seeking an Educational Technician to support teachers and students in and out of the classroom. You will help review IEPs/504s/PLPs and reinforce learning through targeted activities, under the supervision of the Head of School.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to participate in ongoing training, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families. This is a full-time position at our Maine campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State of Maine Ed Tech certification or authorization required.
• Excellent written and oral communication; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and students individually or in small groups.
• Review and understand IEPs, 504 Plans, and PLPs to tailor accommodations.
• Assist with strategies to reinforce learning and support department duties.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Attend orientation and training as required and follow behavior plans.
