Responsibilities

• Collaborate with general education teachers to develop appropriate programming for students with special needs.
• Provide instruction in the general education classroom to support student success.
• Develop instructional behavior plans with positive intervention strategies and social/ classroom behavior guidance.
• Evaluate and report on student achievement and personal adjustment on caseload.
• Maintain and manage Special Education records and coordinate with the Special Education Director.
• Lead and participate in child study teams, IEPCs, 504 meetings and related committees.
• Support students in developing study skills and work habits.
