Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 48 college credits or onsite assessment.
• Wisconsin DPI license/clearance as required for the role.
• Commitment to supporting students with disabilities in 4K-12.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and academic assistance to students with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living skills, behavior support and safety supervision.
• Support transition services and community-based work experiences when appropriate.
• Maintain documentation and assist with data collection for IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and families to implement goals.
• Ensure FERPA/HIPAA compliance and safe, respectful care.
