Responsibilities

Instructional support & academic assistance.
Early Childhood (4K): support play-based centers and foundational skills.
Transition (18–21): on-site job coaching and task analysis for vocational tasks.
Inclusive literacy: prepare adapted materials for access at developmental level.
Behavioral intervention & supervision: monitor and implement BIPs and safety procedures.
Environmental adaptation: modify environments to boost belonging and engagement.
Active supervision: maintain line of sight, headcounts, and safe in-field monitoring.
Personal care: assist with daily living activities and privacy.
Data collection: record objective data per IEP goals and FERPA/HIPAA compliance.
Team collaboration: work with teachers, OT/PT/SLP, and families.
