Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assists the teacher with planning, organizing, and evaluating instructional activities.
Assists students to increase confidence, self-esteem and independence.
Attends to students' physical and personal care needs.
Helps students who have difficulty communicating with others.
Supports students in social activities throughout the school program.
Demonstrates respect for children of all abilities and backgrounds.
Develops good relationships with children, parents, teachers and therapists.
