Job summary

Ednovate, Inc. in California is seeking a 2026-2027 Special Education Resource Teacher who will assess needs, develop IEPs, adapt curriculum and monitor progress for students with disabilities.

You will collaborate with parents and staff to ensure federal and state compliance, deliver inclusive instruction, and support a thriving classroom culture. This role is full-time, exempt and reports to the principal.

Qualifications

• California Single Subject Teaching Credential or an out-of-state credential with a clear pathway to CA within one year.
• Experience meeting varied student needs and implementing IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized instruction and monitor student progress using IEPs.
• Collaborate with families and school team to maximize student outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality instruction and adapt curriculum to student needs.
• Maintain organized data on progress and mastery to inform instruction.
• Foster a caring, accountable classroom culture aligned with Ednovate values.
