Job summary

Avon Community School Corporation is seeking an Assistant, Special Education Resource at White Oak Early Learning Center in Avon, IN. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains and follows the teacher's schedule and supports instruction in small groups.
• Reinforces learning and assists with individual or small-group interventions.
• Assists with behavior plans and de-escalation as directed by the teacher.
• Provides personal care support for students as needed while maintaining confidentiality.
• Supports supervision during meals, transitions, and drills.
