Job summary

Anova Education is seeking a Special Education Program Coordinator to lead district-wide program development, compliance, and service delivery for Pre K–22.

The role collaborates with the Director of Student Services, building principals, teachers, therapists, and families to implement IEPs, 504 plans, MTSS, and related state requirements.

Responsibilities include chairs at PPT/504 meetings, staff coaching, coordinating student records and transitions, and assisting with budgets and procurement.

• Develops and facilitates the delivery of special education programs.
• Coordinates IEPs and 504 meetings and supports PPT meetings.
• Provides in-service training and coaching to staff.
• Collaborates with principals and district staff to meet student needs.
• Assists in MTSS implementation and district budget prep.
• Chairs Pre K–22 PPT and 504 meetings.
