Job summary

Global Psychological is seeking a licensed educator with a Master’s in Special Education to lead and supervise comprehensive special education services in Flint, Michigan, ensuring district and state compliance.

The role emphasizes developing individualized instruction, mentoring staff, coordinating with school teams, and advancing professional development while supporting community impact and student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education or related field.
• Possess current Michigan teaching certificate with special education endorsement.
• Supervisor, Administrator, or Director certification (or in process).
• Minimum of five (5) years of special education experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with special education laws and documentation.
• Ensure accurate attendance tracking and accommodations per IEP guidelines.
• Prepare reports, IEPs, 504s, audits, and student logs.
• Guide development of individualized instruction methods.
• Oversee and adapt special education services and behavior plans.
