Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in reinforcing instructional strategies.
• Support intercultural competence and inclusivity in the classroom.
• Understand students' needs, interests and abilities.
• Guide independent study and remedial work as assigned.
• Assist with large group activities and routines.
• Supervise and assist with transitions and daily routines.
• Implement behavior management strategies as directed by staff.
• Complete clerical tasks related to students as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
