Qualifications

• Assist in supervision and instruction under teacher supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and assist with personal care as needed per care plans.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Adapt classroom activities under teacher supervision.
• Support instructional activities with students.
• Provide health/hygiene assistance per care plans and policies.
• Assist in evaluating progress and coordinating tasks.
• Help implement IEP goals and behavioral plans.
• One-on-one or small group instruction to support remediation.
