Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a Paraprofessional to work in a supportive and positive school environment. This role is essential for helping K-12 students achieve their potential, with responsibilities including execution of Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and communication with staff and families about student progress.

Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have experience working with children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with K-12 children.

Responsibilities

• Execute support in servicing the Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for each of the students in your care.
• Communicate with other staff and family members about each student's progress and struggles.
• Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness.
• Support the classroom teacher in the areas of behavior reinforcement and academics.
• Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
