Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a Paraprofessional to assist students in a school setting. You will support IEP implementation, collaborate with staff and families, and help reinforce behavior and academics under the guidance of the classroom teacher.

You will contribute to a safe, engaging learning environment, supporting positive outcomes for K-12 students. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered, with ongoing support from the PDS Client Services team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with K-12 children or in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute support in servicing the IEPs for each student in your care.
• Communicate with staff and families about student progress and challenges.
• Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep students on the path toward greatness.
• Support the classroom teacher in behavior reinforcement and academics.
• Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
