Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond across multiple districts in Massachusetts. Positions vary by assignment, typically Monday–Friday, school hours, with $19–$23 per hour depending on assignment and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children in school, camp, or care settings is preferred.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with disabilities across behavioral, social-emotional, academic, and educational development.
• Assist in implementing behavior interventions and strategies in IEPs and student support plans.
• Support students with academic tasks, classroom activities, and instructional materials.
• Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
• Support positive behavior management and development of social-emotional and communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency of supports.
