Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking Paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond across multiple districts in Massachusetts. The role involves supporting students with disabilities during school hours, with pay ranging from $19 to $23 per hour depending on assignment and experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with children in school, camp, or care settings preferred.
Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and educational development.
Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom.
Collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports.
Facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill-building.
Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.
