Qualifications

• Education credentials per Georgia paraprofessional standards.
• Experience with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental delays.
• Ability to collect and document student progress.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates attendance and adheres to schedules.
• Provides one-on-one support and assists with data collection and state counts.
• Delivers social/emotional and behavioral supports under supervision.
• Prepares learning materials tailored to individual learning styles.
• Assists with assessments, IEP goals, and progress documentation.
• Collaborates with teachers to implement accommodations and modifications.
• Supervises students on field trips and off-campus activities.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information.
• Supports staff in alternative education settings for at-risk students.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Principal/Director of Special Education.
