Qualifications

• 60 college credits from an accredited college or university.
• Passing Work Keys or ParaPro required.
• Ability to support students with disabilities under teacher direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IEP implementation under the classroom teacher's guidance.
• Support individual or small group instruction and practice.
• Attend to students' needs including personal hygiene and safety.
• Escort students and supervise transitions during the day.
• Collect and report student performance data to teachers.
• Perform basic clerical tasks and maintain student records.
• Distribute and collect instructional materials and reports.
• Assist with behavior management and implement intervention plans.
