Responsibilities

• Supports classroom teachers using instructional strategies prescribed by staff.
• Provides support to selected students in resource, self-contained and regular classrooms.
• Assists with plans or accommodations required by IEPs, behavior or healthcare plans.
• Assists with managing special duties to meet needs of specific student populations.
• Helps students and teachers use hardware, software and assistive technology.
• Gathers feedback on student performance and tracks progress.
• Conducts small group or individual activities based on lesson plans.
• Assists with assessment, grading, and data collection.
