Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• GACE para assessment or 60 semester hours (C or better) or an Associate's degree.
• Georgia PSC Paraprofessional Certificate required to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in preparing educational materials.
• Work with students individually or in groups to reinforce objectives.
• Help with daily routines: distributing supplies, attendance, grading quizzes.
• Participate in lunchroom, recess, hall-monitoring, and bus duties.
• Prepare and maintain bulletin boards and learning centers.
• Complete required training related to Dual Immersion model.
