Scoot Education is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional & Behavior Interventionist to support students in a San Jose, CA setting. You will work closely with lead educators, provide 1:1 or small-group support to students with special needs, and help create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for education and putting students first.
• Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor.
• State & federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with students with special needs in small group or 1:1 settings.
• Build rapport and trust with the children in your care.
• Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Take direction from lead educators and assist when needed.
• Assist with various mod to severe scenarios as needed in the classroom.
