Qualifications

• State & federal background checks are required.
• Three professional references including a previous supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with students with varying needs in 1:1 or small group settings.
• Build rapport and foster a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Take direction from lead educators and assist as needed.
• Assist in scenarios involving challenging or high-behavior students.
• Observe and communicate across indoor and outdoor settings.
