Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for consideration.
• At least 48 semester hours or an associate's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
• ParaPathways scores: reading/writing 332+, math 334+ (or equivalent).
• ParaPro Assessment score 455+ required by ETS.

Responsibilities

• Assist teaching staff in classroom instruction and planning; develop instructional materials and records.
• Provide individual or group support as directed by teachers, including progress monitoring.
• Prepare and use teaching aids, supervise students, maintain discipline and safety in classrooms.
• Support special education programs and collaborate with educators for IEP goals.
