Job summary

Everett Public Schools is seeking a paraeducator to support students in a 1:1 resource room within the Special Education program for the 2026-27 school year. The role focuses on implementing IEPs, supporting academic, behavioral, and adaptive needs, and collaborating with special education staff to implement plans.

Responsibilities include health and toileting plan support, possible Right Response training, and transportation support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of Individualized Educational Plan
• Academic, behavior/social, and/or adaptive needs
• Assisting implementation of Behavior Intervention plan
• Assisting in the health plan, toileting plan, and/or medical delegations depending on students' individualized plan
• May require Right Response training; depending on program and student needs
• May require riding the bus with a student
