Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Nine credit-hours in education topics (behavior management, instructional strategies).
• One year of experience with students in structured educational settings preferred.
• OR 48 college credits and two years of experience in a structured setting.
• ParaPro assessment with score of 455+ required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with student learning and well-being per IEP.
• Support students with academic, behavioral, social, and emotional needs.
• Facilitate curriculum mastery and manage behaviors to access instruction.
• Provide instructional and classroom management supports; perform clerical tasks.
