Qualifications

• High School diploma or successful completion of college level coursework or successful completion of Para Pro Assessment is desired.
• Ability to adapt classroom activities and reinforce objectives.
• Ability to communicate with supervising staff and support personnel.

Responsibilities

• Adapt activities and materials to support classroom objectives.
• Administer tests and assign work to support teachers.
• Assist medically fragile or disabled students with personal hygiene.
• Monitor student behavior to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Provide instruction under teacher supervision in various activities.
• Respond to emergencies and administer first aid as instructed.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
