• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitor students' goals on the IEPs.
• Collaborate regularly with grade-level colleagues, support staff, and families to enhance student learning.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen instructional practices and remain current in evidence-based methods.
• Attend Annual Reviews and complete the IEPs for students on your caseload

NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB:

Long-Term Special Education Teacher Substitute Position will provide high-quality, engaging instruction to a diverse group of learners, which fosters a safe, supportive environment.
