Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Administration and related experience in school administration.
• Minnesota Director of Special Education licensure or ability to obtain.
• Teaching license in Special Education (K-12).

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and oversee daily school operations.
• Oversee budgets and monitor expenditures across site and program areas.
• Develop and monitor district policies, procedures, and performance goals.
• Lead equity, MTSS, restorative practices, and trauma-informed initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support student success and safe school culture.
• Participate in meetings with district, staff, parents, and committees.
