EDU-AIDs in Toledo, OH is seeking a Special Education Intervention Specialist to join a school team. This full-time role supports students with special education needs through individualized instruction, implementation of IEPs, and ongoing progress monitoring.

The Intervention Specialist will collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school leadership to provide academic and behavioral support.

Qualifications

• Requires Ohio Intervention Specialist License and a Bachelor’s in Special Education or related field.
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of special education practices and IEP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
• Provide direct instruction and specialized interventions.
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families and staff.
